    • 🥈 50% Refund if we finish 2nd place.
    • 🥉 Full Refund for 3rd or 4th place.

Refund and Risk Policy

• Purchases for the second day of race will have a different price since the top prize isn’t as exciting. Example: Day 1 offers a Wild Card, but if you join on Day 2, the reward is  a Purple Pack with a 5-star sticker. 
• No refunds will be issued for incorrect orders, joining the wrong team, or failing to accept the team invitation sent by our players. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
  
• If our players’ accounts are flagged or banned, your team must finish the remaining points independently.
• If a ban occurs mid-service, we will refund for any incomplete days.
• Refund Examples:
  • ✅ 45K Points Service: If Days 1 and 2 are completed but Day 3 is missed due to a ban, you will receive a 1/3 refund ($11 for 3 Carry 1, $12 for 2 Carry 2).
  • ✅ Full Carry Service: If Days 1 and 2 are completed but Day 3 is missed due to a ban, you will receive a 1/3 refund ($15).
  • If the event is fully completed but we finish in 2nd place, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If we finish in 3rd or 4th place, you will receive a full refund.
